PHOENIX CYCLE

An awesome fast paced, super high energy cycle class that'll really get you sweating! Great for your cardio, leg strength and mental health - we LOVE it and we're sure you will too! 

 

PHOENIX PILATES

An ultra low impact session that not only tones, strengthens and stretches your muscles - it'll focus your mind and build the mind/body connection quite unlike anything else. We all know we need to 'work on our core strength' - come find out what that actually means and feels like.

 

PHOENIX STRONG AND TONED

*Peri-menopausal? - Come kick it's butt and remind yourself of how powerful you are 👑
*Menopausal? - Come kick its butt and take back control of your future 👑 

A low impact class based on BARRE exercises that are designed to hit every muscle whilst improving strength, balance and coordination. Using low weights and high repetition, expect real results - and to feel the burn!

Lifting weights is for anyone and has proven benefits. A slower pace class, focusing on technique, with plenty of variety. A strength and conditioning class to suit all abilities. Whether you want to strengthen, tone, or reduce the risk of osteoporosis in later life, then this class is for you.

 

PHOENIX HIIT

Short for time but desperate to get your workout in? We got you. A 30 minute, INTENSIVE, all over body workout. Throw yourself in at the deep end and feel the 🔥 - you won't regret it. 

 

PHOENIX CIRCUIT

Working around a circuit of individual stations, prepare to challenge both your cardio and your strength. This is an all over body workout that's constantly changing so you never hit the plateau!

 

PHOENIX CYCLE + WEIGHTS

Build it up! Increase power and strength by combining cycling and weights in one workout.

20 minutes of cycling, followed by 20 minutes of strength training.

 

PHOENIX NEURO NINJAS

Our In House Programme designed especially for those living with a Parkinson's diagnosis.

 We are so proud of our Ninja programme. Developed with local people who generously gave their time to help build a 45 minute session that not only challenges you physically, but cognitively too.

 A session that combines mobility aiding stretches, strength building exercises, and activities to challenge you mentally — this truly is a programme for all - however far you are into your Parkinson's journey.
