I have over 22 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and teaching Group Fitness classes. I've run thousands of sessions over the years that keep people coming back for more.
This isn't just a job for me, it's my passion and I believe that passion comes across in our sessions. Don't forget your first session is on me, so come put me to the test!

My journey into fitness started when I was struggling with perimenopause, which caused me a great deal of anxiety and low mood. What started out as myself sat nervously at the back of a weekly spin class, grew and grew, until now. Now I am completing a L3 Personal Trainer qualification and loving my new career path!
And the most amazing part is that after a serious car crash in which I broke many bones and very nearly lost one leg, I didn’t think I’d ever be able to do proper physical activity again. Despite that leg being held together by rods and screws, I am stronger than ever and evidence that anyone can do it!
I can’t wait to help you regardless of age, gender, or ability, to fall in love with fitness and feel better; whether it’s to lose weight, improve strength, or to improve mental health and overcome struggles, just like I did.

Barney is possibly our most important member of staff. He's here every day, come rain or shine, ready to support you on your fitness journey.
Barney isn't just a dog. Barney is your friend. Your distraction when you need it. Your ever ready play mate if you need to change the subject for a minute. Always up for a quick round of fetch. Always down for a cuddle. Whatever you may need from Barney, he's here and ready.
Barney isn't just a dog, he's our very own Exercise Support Pup, and he takes his job INCREDIBLY seriously.
